About Wendy Killaire
After receiving her Graphic Design Diploma in 1984 from Georgian College of Applied Arts & Science, Wendy launched her career with a large printing company in Mississauga, Ontario. For several years, she learned the practical disciplines of the industry, all the while developing a set of skills that would see her through the next 30 years of designing.
Wendy has been the winning designer for several competitions including a North American transportation newsletter, twice for a post-educational course guide, and has had her architectural design, a passive solar home, on display in the Tom Thomson Gallery, Owen Sound, Ontario.
Her work has spanned identity programs, marketing collateral, trade shows, the web, and supportive tangibles. She has cultivated relationships with clients such as Wyeth Animal Health, the University of Guelph, and Revlon Canada to name a few. Wendy enjoys the daily challenges of coming up with something "new", her inspiration, her clients the communication problems they need to solve, her work with them a continually evolving partnership.
